WE ARE MOVING BACK TO THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST!

God has made it abundantly clear that we are to move back to the Pacific Northwest! I felt led to do a search for Army Corps of Engineers several days ago. I found a website for volunteers. We did this sort of thing for them and State Parks for a site hookup back in 1996 when God called us away from Washington. There was only one opening and I told Jeff about it and he said to apply for it right away. We did.

Now, I had been asking God, "Why is it so difficult for us to go when you ahve given u… Continue

Praying For God's Direction

We are equesting prayer for God's direction in our lives. An opportunity came available for us to move back to the Pacific Northwest. It would be a volunteer position, a cabin will be provided, but no pay. We can bring our cats and we would have plenty of time to dedicate ourselves to writng the books God has put on our hearts to write. We would have much time for prayer and refreshing as well.

This would be a faith walk indeed! No more income, insurance or medical security, and this only lasts… Continue

CALLING ALL CHRISTIANS TO FAST AND PRAY FOR AMERICA!

CALLING ALL CHRISTIANS TO FAST AND PRAY FOR AMERICA!

Joel 2:15 "Blow the trumpet in Zion, declare a holy fast, call a sacred assembly."

March 20.2008
On March 19, 2008 at 1:00am in the morning God put a call on my heart to assemble a mighty Christian army world-wide to fast and pray for America. After asking God to confirm that this was indeed what He wanted, immediately the Holy Spirit led me to open my Bible and my eyes fell on these words:

Jesus Questioned About Fasting---

JEWISH BLOOD IS BEING SPILLED

March 14,2008 Article written by Barbara Kimble

According to the Arutz Sheva Daily Israel Report, The Mercaz HaRav Yeshiva marks one week since the massacre of eight young students who were murdered by terrorists while studying the Torah. The gunmen walked in to the school, stood over their victims and shot them at point blank range over and over again until they were dead.

Blood soaked the floor and splattered over the many books contained on shelves nearby. The tile floor is now permanent

Hi Barbara,
Thanks for the warm words about Maggie. You know, there are some Scriptures that lead me to believe you are correct with animals in Heaven. God is good and He blesses us in so many ways! I pray y'all enjoy a wonderful Easter full of blessings as we remember all that Christ gave for us!

Hello Sister. I live 50 miles West of San Antonio. It is about 6 hours from Fort Worth. I will tell the folks in the church of your calling to call America back to God and we will be praying for you and that the words God will give you will bring people face to face with their sins so they can turn from them. The trouble with America and the reason people do not turn from their sins is that sin has become a part of their professing Christian life. It is as normal to them as praying is to you. God help America and show us our ignorance. Bless you Sister. P.S. Pattidawn ssaid you emailed her she is my prayer partner I pray God will open doors between the two of you. She is a powerful prayer warrior

It has been a month since God laid on your heart to call America to pray and fast. Have you been getting any praise reports for people turning back to God? The life line is slipping through the hands of America. If we do not get on our knees and start fasting asking for forgiveness we will reap the heartache of a heathen nation. As Abel's blood cried out to God the blood of our children cry out to God, we will reap the harvest from abortion we will reap the harvest of allowing our children to be molested day after day in the schools and churches. It is time we stand against the muderers and stand for Jesus. God bless you Sister

This is very interesting! I am also seeking God's will concerning a possible move to the Northwest (Washington state). Since I graduated from seminary last May, I have been seeking a congregation in need of a pastor. I have learned of such a congregation in Washington and have contacted them. On the other side of the ledger, my mother sent me an impassioned letter urging me not to go.

Pray for me about this situation and I will pray for you.

This would be a faith walk indeed! No more income, insurance or medical security, and this only lasts for 5 months. We would need something else after that. We could set something up during our stay at the cabin, for when we leave, but as of yet have nothing waiting. We have been searching for an opportunity to go back for over a year now. It seems that it is God's will after all the prayer and answers we have recieved.

Now just want to make sure this is definately God's will and we are asking for prayer from the body for we know that is Biblical. Please pray that we would know without a doubt. We need to know ASAP as we would be required to be there on the 20th of May! We know that God sometimes calls us to take risks and chances as he did Abraham, Noah, Elisha, Elijah, Jeremiah, and the disciples, among many many others before and after, not to mention the Savior left His home in glory to fulfill the Fathers will.

And that is what we want to do. Fulfill God's will for our lives. We left Washington State on a wing and a prayer and a call that burned in our hearts and knew without a doubts He was calling us. We left in a motorhome with a small check guarenteed every month but like Abraham, had no idea where He was taking us. We obeyed and have many wonderful stories of God's grace, love and protection and provision to write about in one of our books on our list.

But this time, He is requiring more faith than before as we do not have a motor home, nor a monthly income. However, we feel He has been preparing us to move back for some time now and, as I was praying for a specific answer regarding it, He told me to turn the radio on and Tom Dooley was speaking on taking chances and risks and that sometimes if we do not because we are afraid it could be much worse for us if we do not obey. He talked for over an hour on this subject. He even asked, "Do you really like where you are living right now?" To that, Jeff answered a resounding, "NO!" He even talked about moving to another place and gave examples of other people.

So I took that as a specific answer from God to a specific question I asked. It is possible it was a coincidence, but given the many times I have heard God answer me in this way, I really doubt it was mere chance. Yet even so, I am asking for further confirmation if it doesn't displease the Lord for me to do so. We have felt an urgency to move from Texas for some time now and now it seems we have an opportunity not only to have a place there, but to build our faith even stronger.

And listen to this, of all the places in Oregon or Washington, this place was the only one available and Jeff's brother will live only 30 miles away after he moves there and one of his other brothers from another state will be vacationing there in July 15 minutes away! To me this seems like even more confirmaion as well as just happening to meet another person who lives near as well who has been able to pass on vital information for our stay up there we would not have known.

So God seems to be leading us there. Anyone have any messages to share or prayer or anything we would GREATLY appreciate to hear from the body of Christ at this very crucial time in our lives. I know it sounds foolish and crazy, but I know God calls us to do things that seem foolish to others. I am not afraid if I know it is His will. I am more afraid if I don't obey. Thanks all! -----Barbara

Hi Barbara,

My heart breaks for you in your loss of Angel. She is absolute sweetness. I can't imagine how you must feel, but I pray God's loving peace and comfort for your heart.

My baby girl (my beagle) is almost 15 and she gave me a real scare last month. Losing a loved one is just about the hardest thing we experience in this lifetime. One day, when we stand face-to-face with Christ in Glory, there will be no more tears. Lifting you in prayers this morning.

Hi Barbara, this is Anastasia!! Thanks for joining the group. I hope more folks join and begin to share what God has placed on their hearts. Yes, there is HOPE for America but it definitely will come through repentance and praise. God is good and I just love Him dearly. I myself enjoy photography, music, songwriting, writing, movies, and the arts. I wish I had a horse, my dad has them, and I grew up with them but I don't have one of my own. Well, please keep in touch and I will be praying for others to join our group and share.
In Christ,
Anastasia
