Luke

when witnessing to much or to little?

I wanted to open this up for everyone... give me your thoughts!

We have all heard different ways to witness and some people just try to get the person to pray the 'prayer', but others it is a long discriptive (sometimes drawn out) issue... So in your own experiances how do you feel about this? and I am looking for a deeper disscusion then 'its up to God' Because I know its up to God, he is in control of every power and principality in heaven above and on earth below. and I know that Jesus told… Continue

Looking for Comfort?

O Lord, You have searched me and known me. You know when I sit down and when I rise up; You understand my thought from afar. You scrutinize my path and my lying down, and are intimately acquainted with all my ways. Even before there is a word on my tongue, Behold, O Lord, You know it all. You have enclosed me behind and before, And laid Your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; It is too high, I cannot attain it. Where can I go from Your spirit? Or where can I flee from YourContinue

For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. Matt 6:21

Sometimes it’s hard to admit, and we may not think about it, but sometimes do you not have time for God? When I think about this it cuts close to the bone. I know I need to read

Hey Luke,

Thanks for the friend request. Did you notice that one of my favorite authors is Joel Osteen and he also happens to be in Houston. Ever been to Lakewood?

Hi Luke! I checked out your My Space page and I really like your music! Hippietopia is a great upbeat song and All I Wanted has a special meaning in my heart. The lyrics are so true! You clearly are very talented! You also are a very diverse songwriter, a good thing! I love the ole rock classics of the 70's and I must say Hippietopia took me back to some wonderful memories! I see where you have 3 kids and 1 on the way. God bless you and your family. May He shower yall with His love and blessings and may baby #4 be healthy. God bless!!!!!

Hey Luke, the honor is and will be mine at the end of the day.
The ocassion is an annual valentine marriage enrichment weekend. The theme is "passionate sexuality." It is ususlly very rewarding.
If you wouldn't mind, let me call the organizer tomorrow and find out how many songs she would allow from you. I would say contemporary Christian song would do.
I hope you come with your wife.
In fact, a friend of mine celkebratres her birthday on Saturday. I'll attend, but she lives in the pearland area. I wish you could attend as well. Let me know. By the way, what part of town do you all live?
I'll get back with you real soon.
Bye now.
Sister Edith.
